This document is provided for business use and is not legal advice. Have an attorney review these policies before relying on them for online payments, storefront checkout, or formal customer contracts.

1. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy describes how The Copy Corner LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit https://copycornernapa.com, request a quote, place an order, upload or send files, or otherwise interact with us.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information you provide: contact name; company name (if applicable); email address; phone number; billing address; shipping address (when shipping); order details and preferences; payment-related information processed by our payment providers; and files or artwork you upload or send (including via email, WeTransfer, TransferNow, or similar services).

2.2 Website and technical data: Our site does not currently use dedicated marketing analytics pixels (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel). We and our service providers may still collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps through ordinary hosting/server logs and third-party tools needed to operate the site.

2.3 Third-party tools on our site may include an accessibility widget (accessiBe), content delivery networks (for example Bootstrap CDN), Google Fonts, and published Google Sheets data used for quote tools. Those providers may process technical data under their own policies.

2.4 Payment processors: In-person and online payments may be processed through Shopify, QuickBooks, and/or other processors we select in the future. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems when using those processors.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to: fulfill and manage orders; provide quotes and customer service; process payments; communicate about orders; improve our services; comply with law; and, if you opt in, send marketing communications. We do not currently operate an email marketing program; if we do in the future, it will be opt-in and you may unsubscribe.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information with employees and service providers who help us operate (payment processors, shipping carriers, email and file-transfer services, website hosting, accessibility tools, and similar vendors), and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide required opt-out rights.

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for the site to function. Third-party tools (such as accessibility widgets and CDNs) may set their own cookies. We do not currently run a separate marketing cookie program.

6. FILES AND RETENTION

6.1 Files saved under a contact or company name are generally retained unless you request removal or the artwork becomes obsolete, subject to our operational needs and legal requirements.

6.2 File loss is always a risk. The Copy Corner LLC is not responsible for storing files as a backup service and does not act as a backup for anyone at any time. Keep your own copies of all artwork.

6.3 We may delete artwork given to or created by us at our discretion, subject to applicable law and the rights described below.

7. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. CHILDREN

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), to the extent those laws apply to us, including rights to:

• Know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use it
• Access / receive a copy of personal information we hold about you
• Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share as defined above)
• Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable
• Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

How to submit a request: Email orders@copycornernapa.com with enough detail for us to verify your identity and understand your request. You may use an authorized agent with proof of authority. Timing: We will respond within 45 days of receiving a verifiable request, or as otherwise required by law. We may extend by an additional 45 days when permitted. Exceptions: We may decline or limit a request when an exception applies (for example completing a transaction, detecting security incidents or fraud, complying with legal obligations, internal uses reasonably aligned with customer expectations, or other exceptions allowed by law). We may retain customer contact and order history for legitimate business purposes (quotes, past orders, and service). That is not a “sale” of personal information.

10. YOUR CHOICES

You may update contact details by emailing us. Marketing, if offered, will be opt-in with an unsubscribe option.

11. CHANGES

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
